Steel Chimney Design and Installation

The most important decision in the design of a steel chimney is the selection of the type of liner to conduct the flue gas, chimney or flue liner selection results from a thorough study of the flue gas and operating conditions together with the clients performance requirements.

Often through either a change of process or corrosion the replacement of chimney sections or liners can be required, if you have a requirement for a new chimney or replacement of a flue liner you may wish to consider the following:

  • Feasibility studies
  • Flue gas dispersion
  • Design & planning implications
  • Flue ducting
  • Interaction of the new chimney with existing tall structures or chimneys currently on your site
  • European and world recognised manufacturing standards
  • Ground works
  • Erection

The erection, demolition or dismantling of all types of tall structures is completed by Churchills in house fully qualified and experienced NVQ steeplejack engineers under the umbrella of our robust 20 year ISO & OHSAS management systems.
