For the second year in succession Churchill have begun the new year by undertaken health screening of all our site based operatives. The health screening being undertaken by IDC includes the following;-

Eyes inc Colour Blindness

Hearing

Skin – COSHH

HAVS

The monitoring and prevention of industrial diseases and construction related ill health to our workforce remains our single main focus. The occupational health screening programme the company now operates goes a long way to ensure that the health of our employees is continually monitored.

Applying our OHSAS 18001 management procedures when planning and undertaking any construction based activity further ensures that our operatives are never placed at risk when it comes to the health and well being.

We also acknowledge and welcome the focus currently being placed on occupational health in construction by the HSE and organisations such as Build UK ensuring the message is delivered throughout construction.
