With the ever increasing popularity of Plug in Hybrid Electric Vehicles, new regulations calls for specific earthing for the mains supply of Electric Vehicle Charging Points.

An independent TT earthing system is now required for the mains supplying new car charging points in accordance with the 18th Edition of The Wiring Regulations BS7621 2018, from January 2019.

Each kit is designed to receive the electrical supply earth conductor from the distribution board which feeds the charging points.
