Since 2006 the business has identified and embraced Mindset training and mentoring as one of the most important drivers in determining and maintaining the safety culture here at Churchills.
Whilst the LRQA accredited management systems operated by the business forms the foundation upon which the company plans and delivers its services, the business owners understand that engagement with its workforce to ensure they understand and work in accordance with our management systems forms only one part of the jigsaw. Through Mindset training operatives receive an insight into human behaviour and receive encouragement to be brave and support and guide their colleagues and others who through their actions may put themselves or others at risk.
