Churchill continue to secure major contracts and expand into the West Midlands carrying out structural repair, maintenance and waterproofing.

Our Structural Maintenance and Waterproofing Division are currently undertaking concrete repairs, deck waterproofing and replacement of the balcony hand rails to a further 6no tower blocks in Tamworth, Staffordshire, in addition to our many other similar projects in the area.

We were awarded the contract primarily due to our ability to offer the full range of skills necessary to deliver the project with our directly employed multi skilled workforce.

As well as our core workforce on these projects, our Nottingham based Management team are supported on site with a dedicated and highly qualified Site Manager, QS, and Site Supervisors.

On contracts such as this Churchill’s three Divisions take the problem of employing multiple trades on one project away from our clients. With a Steeplejack Division able to provide any access solution and a Lightning Protection & Earthing Division able to design, install or simply test and maintain essential services there is no need to go elsewhere.
