Churchill continue to surge forward as a major contributor to the power earthing sector.
With a growing portfolio of major earthing projects we have now strengthened our workforce to National Grid qualified status. In addition, we have the capability through recognised training and practice to safely bridge out joints and connections where an intact ‘live’ earth system is being repaired, or upgraded with additional earthing. (Formally the National Grid NSI24 qualification).
Silfos brazing or exothermic welding of copper to copper joints with a continuity test to a millionth of an ohm is standard practice, as is our capability to provide full fall of potential slope testing for large earthing systems.
